Consulting rooms — Mount Lawley

Parking: free one-hour car park next to the clinic; free street parking outside.
Accessibility: fully wheelchair accessible, with disabled parking at the front of the clinic and in the adjacent car park.
Arriving: please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, and allow at least an hour in case the clinic is running behind.
Telehealth: available for rural and remote patients — ask when booking.

Procedures are performed as day cases at three Perth private hospitals. Your booking confirmation states which hospital, with that hospital's admission instructions.

Hollywood Private Hospital — Monash Avenue, Nedlands
St John of God Subiaco Hospital — 12 Salvado Road, Subiaco
Mount Hospital — 150 Mounts Bay Road, Perth

Most procedures can be offered at any of these; a small number are performed only at a particular hospital because of the staffing or equipment required, confirmed with you at booking. See Before your procedure for fasting, medication and transport requirements.
